The Culinary Vision
Led by Executive Chef Jason Greene, the culinary programs across Braven, Kindred, and Alchemy showcase exceptional Canadian ingredients, bold flavours, and elevated hospitality designed for memorable events.
In 2019, Jason joined the Oliver & Bonacini team as Chef de Cuisine at Kindred Food + Drink, serving recognizable classics with a playful accent. In 2022, Chef Jason’s role has expanded to oversee culinary operations at Braven and Alchemy. In this position, Chef Jason is excited to welcome Edmonton locals and out-of-towners alike while working closely with trusted farmers and suppliers to showcase beautiful Alberta beef, Canadian coastal seafood, housemade pastas and seasonal vegetables.
When he’s not in the kitchen, Jason can often be found snowboarding, playing golf or gathered around a campfire with friends. “I still love to cook on my days off,” he says. “I always end up back in the kitchen because that’s where I’m comfortable. That’s my zone.”
