May 5, 2026 (Edmonton, AB) – OEG Sports & Entertainment (OEGSE) announced today that viral math-rock duo Angine de Poitrine, from Saguenay, Quebec, will perform their only concert in Alberta, and their first-ever show in Canada outside their home province, at Fan Park @ ICE District on July 8. The duo has over 2 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone.

Angine de Poitrine, known for their white-and-black polka-dot outfits and papier-mâché masks, consists of guitarist and loop pedalist Khn and drummer Klek. They were named Spotify’s most viral band on the platform, based on its Viral 50: Global chart, which measures momentum by tracking how quickly a song gains traction, how widely it is shared, and how many new listeners it attracts over a short period.

Ticket pre-sale for Angine de Poitrine runs from 10:00 AM MT on Wednesday, May 6 to 10:00 PM MT on Thursday, May 7. Fans can access the pre-sale at ticketmaster.ca using code PRESS. Public sale begins Friday, May 8 at 10:00 AM MT. This is an all-ages event.
