December 13, 2024 (Edmonton, Alberta) – OEG Sports & Entertainment announced today that Canadian country music star Jade Eagleson will be headlining New Year’s Eve @ ICE District presented by Global Edmonton and CISN Country 103.9, featuring Dawson Gray.
Fans are invited down to ICE District Plaza on Tuesday, December 31 starting at 6:00 PM for an Oilers watch party as the Edmonton Oilers faceoff against the Utah Hockey Club at home for the first time, featuring food, drinks, a DJ, the game on the giant screen, outdoor heaters and exciting prizes.
Following the game, ICE District Plaza will be transformed into an epic New Year’s Eve party featuring multi-platinum artist and Album of the Year winner at the 2024 Canadian Country Music Awards Jade Eagleson, Canadian country singer Dawson Gray, giant countdown screens and fireworks at the stroke of midnight.
Admission to New Year’s Eve @ ICE District is free of charge, but space is limited so attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot.
Last year’s celebration saw over 4,000 people pack ICE District Plaza for an unforgettable party and send off to 2023.
