Is this a family friendly event?

• Yes! Fans of all ages can attend the event. Children under the age of two do not require their own ticket.

Do you accept cash on-site?

• This will be a cashless event, please plan accordingly for your trip.

Can I bring alcoholic beverages?

• No, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the event area.

Can I bring a water bottle?

• Yes, fans are allowed to bring in soft-sided water bottles to Fan Park and water stations will be available on site.

Can I bring my pet?

• Unfortunately no, pets (with the exception of service animals) are not permitted on site.

Will there be food and beverage available on site?

• Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the event area.

Can I take photos and videos?

• Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos of your experience at Oktoberfest. Don’t forget to tag us @IceDistrict.
• ICE District welcomes all guests to capture their moments through the permitted use of non-professional, non-flash still photography as long as the lens does not exceed 3” (detachable or non-detachable).

I found a lost item, where should I take it?

• Guests who have lost or found an item can bring the item to any staff working the event located by the entrance.

I have lost an item, where can I find it?

• If you are still on site, check in with the box office during operational hours
• Guests inquiring about a lost item post-event can visit the Rogers Place Box Office during open hours or contact our team by emailing info@icedistrict.com or calling 780-414-LIVE (5483).

What does my ticket purchase get me?

• Your ticket will include admission into the event as well as either one (1) alcoholic beverage or two (2) non-alcoholic beverages.

Is my general admission ticket transferable?

• Tickets for individual days will be transferable through your Ticketmaster Account.
• Visit https://www.ticketmaster.ca/ and click Sign In in the upper right.

Is parking available?

• Brightly lit and securely patrolled, the ICE District Central Parkade offers hundreds of heated spaces and convenient access to Fan Park @ ICE District. Enter via 103 Avenue, just west of 103 Street.

Transit

• The Downtown location makes ICE District accessible by transit, with over 40 bus routes and 5 LRT stations within walking distance from the arena.

Is the entire event outdoors?

• While there will be activities outdoors, we will have a large, Oktoberfest tent to cover the majority of the festival site.

Are umbrellas allowed for Oktoberfest?

• While guests are encouraged to plan for the weather and bring their own umbrellas, please note that umbrellas with pointed tops will not be permitted on the site.

Will restrooms be available on-site?

• Yes, public washrooms are available onsite.

Is the site wheelchair accessible?

• Yes! The site will be wheelchair accessible.

• Outdoor event cancellation may occur should dangerous conditions arise (i.e. lightning in the area, winds greater than 50 km/hr or temperatures -20 or lower including wind chill).
• We will make announcements on social media as well as this webpage with updates. Stay tuned to @IceDistrict across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for updates.
• If there is a cancellation for your time slot, Ticketmaster will issue a refund to the original purchase account.

I have feedback about my experience, who do I contact?

• We love to hear from our ICE District guests! Any guest looking to provide feedback regarding their Fan Park experience can utilize several avenues to ensure we are aware of your compliments, comments or concerns.

For the safety and security of all ICE District Fans and employees, the following itemsare not permitted at the venues within ICE District:

• Bags or backpacks will not be permitted into the venue except for small personal bags or purses (12” x 12”x 6” max)
• Cameras with lenses (interchangeable/detachable) longer than 3 “or external flash (No Professional Photography)
• Audio/Visual Recording Devices (includes GoPro, Google Glass, Spectacles, etc.)
• Selfie Sticks, Tripods, Monopods, Telescopic or similar devices
• Outside Food, Beverage, or Alcohol
• Hard Sided Reusable Bottles
• Laptops, Tablets, Personal Computers, or Two-Way Radios
• Weapons, Firearms, Pepper Spray, Pocket Knives or Mace
• Illegal Drugs or Substances
• Flammable Liquids, Aerosol Cans, or Permanent Markers
• Flashlights, Laser Pointers, Flares, or Fireworks
• Noise Making Devices (i.e. Air Horns, whistles, bells, vuvuzelas, cow bells, etc.)
• Balloons, Balls, Projectiles, or Optical Illusions
• Skateboards, Segways, Scooters, Rollerblades, Bicycles, Hoverboards, and Helmets
• Coolers, Ice Chests, Folding Chairs, or Pointed-Tip Umbrellas
• Flowers (unless otherwise permitted by Tour Production)
• Seat Cushions or Booster Seats
• Patrons Without Shirts, Bottoms or Footwear
• Masks, Chains, or Studded Belts/Bracelets
• Drones (unmanned aircraft systems) or Other Model Aircraft
• Non-Service Animals
• Laptop Computers
• Unapproved Pamphlets, Handouts, Ads, or Flyers without prior consent from ICE District Management
• Clothing, garments, or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person(s)
• Signs, Flags, or Banners exceeding 11” x 17” or attached to a pole/stick. Signs must be relevant to the event. Signs may not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by ICE District Management. Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign or banner at any time.

Fans that inadvertently bring prohibited items to the venue have two options prior to entry being granted:

1. Return the item(s) to a location of the holder’s choice away from the venue. ICE District does not offer storage services.
2. Voluntarily surrender the item(s) in amnesty for disposal. Items will not be returned.

Please note, prohibited items contravening federal law may result in criminal charges. ICE District and its event operators/promoters reserve the right in their absolute discretion to allow or deny access of any item(s) depending on the nature of the event.
