August 12, 2025 (Edmonton, Alberta) – OEG Sports & Entertainment announced today that Oktoberfest @ ICE District is returning to Fan Park @ ICE District for a third consecutive year. As the largest Oktoberfest celebration in Western Canada, this year’s event invites Oil Country residents and visitors to experience the rich cultural traditions of Oktoberfest that is celebrated across the globe – bringing the warmth, hospitality and spirit of Germany to the heart of downtown Edmonton.
From September 11 to 27, Fan Park @ ICE District will once again be transformed into a Bavarian wonderland, featuring a massive 30,000 square foot beer hall tent filled with live music, German cuisine, local vendors, activities, games and more.
Pre-sale for Oktoberfest tickets will take place on Thursday, August 14 at 10:00 AM, with general on-sale starting Friday, August 15 at 10:00 AM at Ticketmaster.ca.
Highlights of Oktoberfest @ ICE District include:
- Authentic Bavarian cuisine: Savor the flavors of Germany with a delectable array of traditional dishes, including schnitzels, sausages, sauerkraut, pretzels and strudels, expertly crafted by local and international chefs.
