ICE District Central Parkade – directly under ICE Plaza – offers accessible parking stalls with direct elevator access from all levels into Stantec Tower, as well as direct level access from the level P1 North Bank directly into Rogers Place.  It is designated “Lot 56” on Impark Parking maps.

Entrance to the Parkade on the North Side of 103rd Avenue, just west of 103rd Street.

All animal friends visiting ICE District must be leashed.

The 104 Ave. Off-leash Dog Park is now open. Located at the corner of 104 Ave. and 102 St.

Bank machines/ATM’s can be located at the Scotia Bank in Stantec Tower, Royal Bank of Canada in the Edmonton Tower, as well as inside of Rogers Place during events.

Guests who ride their bike to ICE District can secure them at several conveniently located bike racks in the district:

  • Stantec Tower: West Side and North Side
  • Edmonton Tower: South Side and North Side
  • MacEwan LRT Station: North side.
  • Rogers Place: North of the Edmonton Downtown Community Arena.
  • Rogers Place: Northwest corner sidewalk.

The Box Office for all ticketed events within ICE District and Rogers Place is located within Ford Hall (Southeast side of Rogers Place Arena).

The Grand Villa Casino is directly adjoining Rogers Place, with the main entrance on the Northeast corner of 104th Avenue and 102nd St. It is also accessible via Ford Hall, and the LRT corridor from the McEwan LRT station (on the North side of Rogers Place).

ICE District is fully integrated in the downtown roadway, public transportation and pedway system.

This arena is one of the crown jewels in ICE District – a legacy project between the Oilers Entertainment Group and the City of Edmonton.

The arena is located in the Northeast quadrant of Rogers Place, and is home ice for the MacEwan University hockey teams as well as serving as practice ice for the Edmonton Oilers and Oil Kings. It is also available for rent by the general public.

  • Via ‘Plaza Way’ (off 102 Street between 104 Avenue and 103 Avenue)
  • Via 103 Avenue (North side at 103 Street next to Stantec Tower)
  • Via 104 Avenue (South side at 103 Street next to Rogers Place ‘nose’)
  • From Rogers Place/Ford Hall: down stairs/escalators, or down elevator
  • From ICE District Central Parkade: via stairs/elevator from P1 North bank, or via Stantec Tower via P1/P2/P3/P4 Southeast Bank
  • Via Downtown Pedway system: elevator/stairs from Stantec Tower or JW Marriott Hotel.

Fan Park will feature a large, fenced, programmable space, art installations and greenery—all designed to accommodate festivals, sports and a variety of other events that celebrate the uniqueness of Oil Country, its citizens and Downtown Edmonton. From public events, exhibitions and live entertainment, to youth hockey programing on portable outdoor rinks in the winter and ball hockey in the spring and summer, the Fan Park will be a 12-months-a-year, programmable space that provides additional opportunities for outdoor entertainment and activities in the downtown core.

Spanning 104 Avenue, Ford Hall links ICE Plaza and Phase I of the ICE District to the South (including the entire downtown Edmonton Pedway system), to Rogers Place, the Grand Villa Casino and the MacEwan LRT station to the North.

Ford Hall is open to the public during non-event hours (except for booked Private events) and is the location of the main Rogers Place Box Office.

ICE District Central Parkade is located directly under ICE Plaza, with the entrance off 103rd Avenue just West of 103rd Street.  It is designated “Lot 56” on Impark Parking maps.

This brand new, 5-level parkade offers direct elevator access to Stantec Tower, JW Marriott Hotel, Rogers Place and the rest of the downtown Edmonton Pedway System.  IDCP is heated, brightly-lit, security-patrolled and with clearance for even the largest pick-up trucks.

ICE District is fully integrated into downtown Edmonton’s comprehensive indoor Pedway system. To get to ICE District, visitors can follow the Pedways from virtually any building or Light Rail Transit (LRT) station in the downtown core.

There is public art throughout ICE District.

ICE District is home to two spectacular residential developments: The Legends Residences (above the JW Marriott Hotel) and Sky Residences (above the Stantec Tower)

Tickets for ICE District and Rogers Place events can be purchased from Ticketmaster online, Ticketmaster Fan-to-Fan Resale online, or in person at the Rogers Place Box Office. The Box Office is located on the southeast side of Rogers Place in Ford Hall.

Ticket Will Call: If picking up tickets, please arrive at the Box Office early to avoid delays. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order along with Government Issued Photo ID. Tickets will not be printed until 48 hours prior to the event.

Public Washrooms can be found on the ground level inside the terminus/nose of Rogers Place (directly North of the Plaza).
